The project
Complete reworking of the waterproofing of a 45 m² terrace on the 5th floor. The existing bitumen waterproofing system was over 20 years old and had numerous micro-cracks and blisters.

The old coating was leaking directly into the neighbor below. We had to remove the old system without damaging the slab and install a quick, durable solution.
La Solution
Application of a SEL (Liquid Waterproofing System) guaranteeing absolute membrane continuity, even on complex upstands.
Our intervention
“After an in-depth diagnosis, we opted for a SEL polyurethane resin system + heavy protection with pedestal slabs. This solution offers 25+ years durability and a continuous jointless membrane. The intervention took 2 days.”
