The project
Complete renovation of a natural slate roof on a Haussmann building in the heart of the 6th arrondissement. This project aimed to restore the structural and aesthetic integrity of a roof steeped in history.
Le Défi
The main challenge was restricted site access in the center of Paris and the need to strictly adhere to local architectural standards while ensuring perfect waterproofing.
La Solution
We used traditional installation techniques and high-end materials to guarantee maximum longevity. The zinc valleys were custom-refurbished.
Our intervention
“Our team intervened after a complete roof diagnosis. We replaced 380 natural Angers slates, refurbished the zinc valleys and installed new flashings in compliance with DTU 40.11 and 40.13 standards. Intervention duration: 3 days.”
