Complete renovation of a natural slate roof on a Haussmann building in the heart of the 6th arrondissement. This project aimed to restore the structural and aesthetic integrity of a roof steeped in history.

Complete reworking of the waterproofing of a 45 m² terrace on the 5th floor. The existing bitumen waterproofing system was over 20 years old and had numerous micro-cracks and blisters.

Yes. On the steep roofs common in Montretout and the Coteaux, safety provision is heavier: lifelines, scaffolding adapted to the sloping ground and sometimes access from the rear of the plot. Wind exposure on the heights also demands particular care on fixings and verges.
Do you install fencing on sloping ground?
Yes, and it is common in Saint-Cloud where most plots slope. Installation is then stepped, panel by panel, with posts of differing heights and ground levels reworked. We survey the ground profile on site, since it determines the number of posts and therefore the price.
