Roofing, waterproofing, fencing & terraces in Paris 7ème arrondissement
The 7th arrondissement concentrates private mansions, prestige buildings and institutional premises around Les Invalides, Gros-Caillou, École-Militaire and Saint-Thomas-d'Aquin. Roofs are predominantly slate and zinc, with mansard attics, ornate dormers and inner courtyards that complicate access. Proximity to Les Invalides and the Champ-de-Mars places much of the area under Architect of Historic Buildings review.
We work on fine zinc detailing, slate, dormers, accessible terraces and wind-exposed junctions. The presence of embassies, ministries and protected residences means access permissions and work slots must be negotiated in advance — we build those lead times into the schedule rather than discovering them mid-project.
