Seine-et-Marne (77) is the largest department in Île-de-France, home to Briard long-houses, renovated farmhouses and recent suburban developments. FDM ENERGIE is called on mainly for aged plain-tile roofing and waterproofing on contemporary flat-roof extensions.

Around Fontainebleau and Provins, listed sectors require local tiles, sealed ridges and aged colouring. In the Marne valley and around Meaux, old slate and zinc roofs need spot repairs after storms or leaks. Street-facing fences are subject to height rules that vary by municipality.

Slate roof renovation — Paris 6th
Complete renovation of a natural slate roof on a Haussmann building in the heart of the 6th arrondissement. This project aimed to restore the structural and aesthetic integrity of a roof steeped in history.
Terrace waterproofing — Paris 15th
Complete reworking of the waterproofing of a 45 m² terrace on the 5th floor. The existing bitumen waterproofing system was over 20 years old and had numerous micro-cracks and blisters.
