Our work in Val-d'Oise (95)
Val-d'Oise (95) spans a contrasted territory: a dense urban area in the south (Argenteuil, Sarcelles), the Roissy-CDG commercial hub in the east, and the French Vexin Regional Natural Park in the north. FDM ENERGIE works on houses, Vexin farmhouses, as well as logistics and commercial buildings.
Local context in Val-d'Oise
In the French Vexin (a Regional Natural Park created in 1995), the charter requires aged terracotta plain tile and local millstone — any work must comply with these prescriptions. Around Roissy-CDG, Goussainville and Gonesse, we handle flat roofs on logistics buildings with acoustic and thermal constraints. In the south (Argenteuil, Sarcelles, Franconville), the dense 1970s housing concentrates most mechanical-tile roof renovations.
We schedule estimation visits within 5 days. Our knowledge of the Vexin Regional Park charter allows us to deliver quotes directly compliant with local requirements.
Recent work

Terrace waterproofing — Paris 15th
Complete reworking of the waterproofing of a 45 m² terrace on the 5th floor. The existing bitumen waterproofing system was over 20 years old and had numerous micro-cracks and blisters.
